2. Information You Enter in the App

PetCare Log may allow you to enter information such as:

• Feeding records and meal notes
• Medication names, dosage information, reminders, and notes

• Pet photos and captions

3. Local Storage

PetCare Log is designed as a local-first app. Information you enter is stored on your device using local app storage. Pet photos selected in the app may be copied into the app’s internal storage so they can be displayed inside PetCare Log.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

Softice Innovations Labs LLC does not sell your personal information. We do not sell your pet care records, pet photos, health notes, or checklist information to advertisers or third parties.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

PetCare Log may offer an optional Pro subscription through Google Play. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment processing are handled by Google Play. We do not directly collect or store your credit card or payment information.

6. Notifications

PetCare Log may request permission to send notifications for reminders such as medication reminders, feeding reminders, vet visits, or daily care tasks. You can enable or disable notifications in your device settings.

7. Photos and Device Permissions

If you choose to add pet photos, the app may request access to your device photo picker or selected images. PetCare Log only uses the photos you choose for app features such as pet profiles and photo logs.

8. Third-Party Services

PetCare Log may use Google Play services for app distribution, subscription purchases, billing management, licensing, and related app functionality. Google’s handling of information is governed by Google’s own privacy policies and terms.

9. Children’s Privacy

PetCare Log is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can review the request.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable efforts to protect app data stored locally on your device. However, no method of storage or electronic transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your device secure.

11. Data Deletion

You can delete information inside the app where delete options are available. You may also remove locally stored app data by uninstalling the app or clearing app data through your device settings.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update it, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of PetCare Log after changes means you accept the updated policy.
