1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using PetCare Log, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. About PetCare Log

PetCare Log is a pet care tracking application designed to help users manage pet profiles, feeding schedules, medication reminders, vet visits, daily checklists, health history, and pet photo logs.

3. Not Veterinary or Medical Advice

PetCare Log is an organization and reminder tool only. It does not provide veterinary, medical, diagnostic, or emergency advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions, diagnosis, treatment, medication instructions, or emergency care for your pet.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the app, including medication names, dosage details, reminder times, feeding schedules, vet visit notes, and health records.

You are also responsible for verifying reminders and taking appropriate action for your pet’s care.

5. Reminders and Notifications

PetCare Log may provide reminder notifications. Notifications can be affected by device settings, battery optimization, operating system restrictions, permissions, network conditions, or other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee that every notification will be delivered at the exact intended time.

6. Free Version and Pro Subscription

PetCare Log may offer a free version with limited features and an optional PetCare Log Pro subscription with expanded features such as unlimited pets, logs, reminders, photo logs, checklist tasks, and future premium features.

7. Billing, Renewals, and Cancellations

PetCare Log Pro subscriptions are processed through Google Play. Subscription pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment methods are managed by Google Play under Google Play’s terms and policies.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account settings.

8. App Data

PetCare Log is designed as a local-first app. App data may be stored on your device. If you uninstall the app, clear app data, reset your device, or lose access to your device, locally stored data may be deleted or become unavailable.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, use it for unlawful purposes, or violate any applicable laws or platform rules.

10. Intellectual Property

PetCare Log, including its name, design, layout, branding, graphics, icons, text, and software, is owned by Softice Innovations Labs LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the app without permission.

11. No Warranty

PetCare Log is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every user need.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softice Innovations Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of PetCare Log.

13. Changes to the App

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of PetCare Log at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to PetCare Log if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the app in a harmful, unlawful, or abusive way.
