These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of Zero Reset – Discipline Streak Tracker, provided by Softice Innovations Labs LLC.

By downloading, accessing, or using Zero Reset, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.
2. About Zero Reset
Zero Reset is a discipline streak tracker designed to help users track habits, daily check-ins, streak progress, reminders, failures, and consistency.
The app is intended for personal productivity, motivation, and self-discipline tracking.
3. No Professional Advice
Zero Reset provides motivational and tracking tools only. The app does not provide medical, mental health, financial, legal, fitness, or professional advice.
You are responsible for your own decisions, routines, goals, and actions.
4. User Responsibility
You agree to use Zero Reset responsibly. You are responsible for the discipline names, notes, reminders, and other information you enter into the app.
You should not use the app for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or inappropriate purposes.
5. Local Data
Zero Reset stores discipline, streak, check-in, reminder, and app preference data locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining your device, backups, and access.
If you uninstall the app, clear app data, reset your device, or lose access to your device, your local app data may be deleted.
6. Reminders and Notifications
Zero Reset may provide optional reminders and notifications. Notifications depend on your device settings, operating system behavior, battery settings, permissions, and other factors.
We do not guarantee that notifications will always arrive at the exact time expected.
7. Purchases and Pro Access
Zero Reset may offer an optional one-time Pro upgrade. Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play's payment terms, refund policies, and account rules.
Pro access may unlock additional features inside the app. Availability of features may change over time as the app is updated.
8. Refunds
Refund requests for purchases made through Google Play are handled according to Google Play's refund policies. Softice Innovations Labs LLC does not directly process payment card refunds outside of Google Play.
9. App Updates and Changes
We may update, modify, improve, remove, or discontinue parts of Zero Reset at any time. Updates may include feature changes, bug fixes, design improvements, or policy-related changes.
10. Availability
We aim to keep Zero Reset functional and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability of the app.
11. Intellectual Property
Zero Reset, including its name, design, branding, graphics, text, app structure, and related materials, is owned by Softice Innovations Labs LLC or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, modify, distribute, or misuse any part of the app or brand without written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Softice Innovations Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of Zero Reset.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, missed reminders, device issues, lost progress, purchase issues handled by Google Play, or decisions made based on app content.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Zero Reset is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties that the app will always meet your expectations, operate without errors, or remain available at all times.
14. Termination
We may restrict or discontinue access to Zero Reset if we believe the app is being misused or if required by law, platform rules, or security concerns.

16. Changes to These Terms
